A published tour is live on its own link — anyone you share it with can open it on any device. Draft tours are unlimited on every plan; publishing is what makes a tour visible to the world.
Nothing breaks. Your published tours stay live, and you can keep creating drafts. To publish another tour, unpublish one first or upgrade to Unlimited. Limits never reset or expire — it's always a simple count of live tours.
You cancel in two clicks through our secure Stripe billing portal. You keep full access until the end of your billing period, you're never charged again after that, and every tour stays published and in your account. Koala branding returns to your live tours when the period ends.
Free tours show a small "Made with Koala 360" badge in the corner of the viewer. It never covers your content. Paid plans remove it completely and let you add your own logo instead.
